Hey Becky, I'm glad to hear that you're ready to get help. Professional help will be necessary regardless of how your dad reacts. You should not try to stop without professional help because it's just too dangerous depending on what you've been taking. The professional can help you deal with your dad's reaction, but it's better that he find out now and that he know you want to stop rather than him finding out some other way. I would suggest you start by making a doctors appointment and then they can direct you to more specific help.
