so it started last yr my parents lost trust on me again this year i don't know what to do to win that back, also almost 2 years ago everyone was against me and talking about which lead into depression ever since then i wasn't the same i started loosing friends ,started staying home all the time just watching t.v and the internet ,i haven't figure out a way to get back up or get out of that zone , right now i just spend time with my sister and boyfriend ,but i want help a way to make new friends something ,m birthday is coming soon so i think there's a way

I think there is a lack of communication between you and your parents. See, I think you don't tell them what you are going through, but instead do things that make them lose trust in you. I think you should sit down and actually tell them how you are feeling, how you are depressed, and how you feel lonely and in a slump. Communication is key - and if you don't communicate, then nothing will improve.

As far as making Friends goes, Join groups, clubs, sports, or volunteer after school, or get a part time job and build friendship with co-workers. The point is, there are alot of places you can gain friends, and build up friendships. You need to put yourself out there more. Say Hi, and then the next day add more to the conversation. Building friendships is a trial and error process and it will also take alot of time. Be patient, but also be persistent; find a good balance between the two - and successful friendships will soon follow.
