I'm not sleeping because the fighting never stops, sometimes it will go on for 3 to 4 days. I put on my headphones so I don't listen to my parent fighting with one of my siblings. Don't mean to get upset.

A really bad situation you have. Why always the same thing? At this point, you must act like you're with your parents or no. There's no other options. Surely any choice you will follow will increase only the rage.
Sadly, I can't know what will happen after. I wish i can help you more.

Hello,
Thanks for reaching out! I'm so sorry that you're having to undergo this.
I know what it's like because I've been in your shoes. When family members fight, it just inadvertently affects everyone else in the house even if they aren't involved in the conflict.
It's difficult that this is happening when it's bedtime. Will you be able to speak with your parents about this when they're in a better mood? Perhaps you can suggest that they speak in private with your sister at another time of the day rather than at night when everyone else is at home.
If that's not possible - the only way to go about it what you're already doing i.e. blocking things out. Be it put your headphones or turn your attention on something else, or just go to bed early and fall asleep before the fighting starts, you could find a way to divert your attention from the fight. Before bed, you may want to use some aromatherapy (e.g. a reed diffuser or candle) to help you sleep. If you're a country where you can find lavender easily, you can collect some lavender flowers and put it in a small bag and place it under your pillow. The lavender will promote sleep. Or you can buy a ready-made lavender flower sachet/bag.
