i dont know how to handle it. - July 1st 2010, 07:08 AM

im usually a postive person, if im sad i'll find something or someone to make me happy. but what my friend is doing, there is nothing postive to it. first it started out with smoking, now she's doing drugs again and top of that she get drunk pretty much everynight. why? because it make her feel good. i dont understand that. she depressed because she let something happen to her a while ago, so i guess all this is an escape as well. it's hard for me because i think about how one day i'll wake up and there she'll be dead, because of something related to her new habits. i dont really know how to handle her doing this. i dont know which is worse, to just stand by and watch her do it, cuz i know talking her out of it is impossible, or to jsut leave because i cant handle this.

" One day at a time, this is enough. Do not look back and grieve over the past for it is gone; and do not be troubled about the future, for it has not yet come. Live in the present, and make it so beautiful it will be worth remembering. "

i wonder when i'll finally jsut start accepting myself, when i'll stop saying i wish i could be like that person.

i have facebook, and myspace. and you can ask for it. :P

Aw I'm soo the same as you...

But you should start to tell her you're there for her, you'll help her all the way etc and she'll start to feel more safer but if that doesn't help then you should consider asking for professional to help whether if she refuse to do it but IF she REFUSE strongly, just be there for her and try to convince her or persuade her to change her habits... x

im here if you need me <3

Can you mind a minnet when she's sober & tell her how this makes you feel?
At first she's going to denie it.
But you got to keep trying & tell her you'll be their for her!
