Fiesta in Spanish Class.. Need to Make Something? -

So for spanish wednesday we are having a fiesta for cinco de mayo! & we have to bring something for the class, but.. we have to make it, or buy something, but it has to be a mexican food. I was looking for some easy ideas that I could make and dont need to be heated, that would be easiest. Any ideas? Thanks in advanced!

I was going to say nachos, but those kind of need to be heated, don't they? They're best when they're warm.
You could make them and bring them anyways, they're not horrible when they're cold. Hmm...or you could make some homemade tortilla chips (just cut up tortillas and bake in the oven with some paprika and salt at 350 degrees for a few minutes) and homemade guac (have to find a recipe for that one) and bring that. Just some ideas.
There's also some Mexican soda I read about in Seventeen, can't quite recall the name of it though.
