Not complicated dinner ideas? - February 8th 2012, 10:24 PM

My mom wants me to start making and cooking more dinners rather than eating tv dinners constantly. Any recipe ideas, I could make? I love chicken, so anything with that would be good. Not a fan of fish.

Ideas?

When it comes to chicken and something that's relatively easy to make I like chicken stir-fry and chicken fajitas. But I'm sure there's lots of other yummy things you could cook with chicken!

You could buy a couple of jars of sauce and cook the chicken with that and then have it with rice.

Pasta bake is always a really nice, easy meal. Make the pasta then put it in the oven with some pasta sauce and whatever you want in it (mushrooms, tuna, onion, veggies) and then sprinkle some cheese on the top.

My personal favorite lately, chicken enchiladas. They are SO easy to make, and I have a simple recipe if you want.
Chicken and rice is always really good, and really easy. Rice and beans is good as well.
Chicken quesadillas are good and easy as well.

Then with noodles there are SO many things you could do them with, just plain sauce. Could make chicken parmesan, or fettuccine alfrado.

So those are just some ideas.
