Microwave baked cake :D -

Hey. Okay, I have a recipe for cake that you can make in a coffee cup, or a small bowl... Today I made it in the bowl, and I didn't add a few ingredients because my brother didn't want a chocolate cake. I'll explain how I did that later.
Okay, first of all, you need: your mug/small bowl, a table spoon, and these ingredients: 4 tble spoons flour 4 tble spoons sugar 4 tble spoons unsweeteded cocoa (Optional) 2 tble spoons wisked egg (Anything else is too much... must be whisked) 3 tble spoons milk 3 tble spoons oil 3 tble spoons chocolate chips (Optional) a splash of vanilla or other flavorings. This time I added cinnamon) Mix your ingrediants Add all the dry ingrediants, add the egg and combine well, it gets a bit pasty a this pount. Stir in milk and oil. Add chocolate chips/vanilla/other flavorings. Then you put it in your microwave, this time I put it in for 2:30, when I did the cup, I did 3, it says 3 minutes in a 1000w or 4 minutes in a 700w oven. -I don't know what the w stands for, I'm guessing "watt" or something- Don't worry if it crowns or if it doesn't, both times I did it did not crown, and they were okay. ^^ After it cools down, enjoy! (I'll add photos of my cake later...  )

My aunt actually gave all of us "kids" a coffee cup and the mix for this at Christmas. I haven't tried it yet but I'm glad to know that it works. I will have to try it.
