Unhappy To many deaths the past 15 years. - May 18th 2012, 07:31 PM

Two weeks after I was born, my mom's best friend died in a car accident leaving my house.
When I was two, my dad left me. (Not death, but still loss.)
Two weeks later my great grandpa died. I still have his hat from the war.
Summer after 4th grade, my grandma died. She had breast cancer.
Three months later, on our 5 year anniversary, my boyfriend died.
Before christmas of 7th grade, my best friends mom, my second mom, died in a car accident.
Summer after 7th grade I had a mascarriage.
A week later, my best friend Hannah died, she was robbed at a charity event.
The chiristmas after that, I had my second miscarriage.
Last week of 8th grade, my aunt commited suicide.
That summer my aunt died.
3 months ago my best friend hung himself.
A month after, my best friend attempted suicde, but lived. (still just as hard.)
Last week I found out that my mom's cancer spread to her bone marrow and they don't think she will live much longer.

Hey sweet girl, first of all, welcome to the site. That is a lot of death to deal with, and as hard as it is to face, death is part of this world. What you have to remember is that all these deaths, happened for a reason. Whether you figure out that reason in this lifetime or not, that's up to you. I lost my best friend last March (2011), and I am still trying to figure out why she left this world. I may never know, but what I have figured out is that she is no longer here, and because her life was cut short, she needs me to be here, to live that life for her. Live your life for those you have lost, for those you love. We are all here for you

That's a lot of loss for one heart to handle. I'm sorry this has happened to you. It's hard picking up your feet and moving on every time another thing happens. It just becomes too much. But I know you can get over this hill.

I can't begin to imagine what you feel, to tell you the honest truth. But I hope it helps when I say that if there's one thing I know, is that there are more people out there who will love you, care for you, and support you. Hold on.

Thank you. Those were most of the people I love. And I am just scared now that if I start to love someone they will die to, cuz none of this happens until I do love them... And I have very few people that love me at the moment. I have been getting through this my whole life, and I have gone through more stuff then this, stuff that you would think would be harder. But no, this is what kills me. Greif is just not something I deal with very well at all...
