so a day ago me and my dad were driving we dont live in a safe place but we were caught in a shooting while protecting me he was killed and my step mom is pregnate my dad and mom dead i just lost all my family besides my sister i feel alone and im tramatized to go outside now my step mom is looking in to mving somewhere safer she is all i have since my sis moved out and i have a lil sibling idk boy or girl she is only 1month in but i appriciat eher more but i just want my dad now he is all i ever want and my mom so much pain in my life and im so scared of what will happen now

Hey there Arainellia,

This is so tragic and I'm so sorry you had to go through that. I want to ask, have the police been called on the people who did the shooting? If not I'd deffinitely suggest calling them and giving them a discription fo the people who shot your dad. Aside from this, I'm so sorry it's happened. I know it will be hard to over come this as it was such a sudden and evil death, but you can make it through this. I can't begin to imagine how hard this will be for you, but no matter how hard it is, it's possible and you can do this. Talk to people about it, let them support you. Don't force yourself to be alone during this time because that will hurt even more. Talk to your step mum and lean on her because she will be grieving over the loss of him too right now. Also, what you went through sounds like something you might want to talk to someone about. It may be important for you to talk to a professional about it and get it off your chest. They will be able to offer you some advice with this.

I am starting couseling we did talk to the police and i didnt see anything really my dad was coveringi me the whole time but seeing my dad there dead sticks to you dosent dissaperar and i did talk to my step mom
