3 people I loved, lost in less than a month.

I lost my grandma. She was so incredibly sweet and caring.
A week later I lost my dog. The sweetest dog I have ever seen. I had her for 9 years.
Then 3 days later, my cross country coach died. He saved my life.

I lost 3 people in less in a month. They were my first deaths. And everyday I am sobbing in my room because of it. I could go on and on about how much I love them. And no one ever understands what I'm going through. It's killing me.

i'm so sorry, it must be unbearable right now i've never lost that many people in such a short span of time, but I know what it feels like to lose someone you're close to, and to feel like you just can't stop the choking sobs from taking over.

I am SO sorry for your loss hun I know how you must feel I have had a similar thing happen. In less than one year I had my sister and my best friend commit suicide and my grandpa died. It can be devastating and I really feel for you . pm me if you ever want to talk.

Hey Keena.

I won't apologise, or pretend that I know what you're going through, but I will let you know that if you ever want to talk, I'm here. After such sudden losses, especially so close to each other, it's natural to be upset, to cry, to feel like there's no way things will ever get better. But just remember that, in time, the pain will fade, and the memories and lessons these people have left behind will be enough to help you find peace. Try to live the life your coach and grandma would have wanted you to have - be happy you had the chance to have them in your life, rather than sad that they're gone now. And for now, just let yourself grieve. You don't have to open yourself up to all your feelings at once - but don't try to shut yourself off from them either. Feelings, even bad ones, help you to grow and learn, and you need to let yourself move on from this - as impossible as that seems now. Things will get better, I promise.

Hey sweetie. I am so very sorry for your loss. May they all rest in piece. It must be a very hard time for you right now. I have lost my share of people and I am still finding it a little hard to deal with. You can get through this and although the pain of losing them will never go away it will fade.
