I really liked the other John Green books (Paper Towns and Looking for Alaska). Those are both some of the few romance stories I will read. Also, books by Markus Zusak, like The Book Thief -- not a romance, but really good -- it's about a girl living in Germany during WWII. Another one is I Am the Messenger (Sort of a romance... one of my all time favorites!!!!). 13 Little Blue Envelopes by Maureen Johnson is hilarious, and also has some romance bits.

I agree with Estelle- John Green books are awesome! Paper Towns was definitely worth the read. Also, The BookThief was really good too.
And, I'm going to move this over to the Literature forum.

Some books I have read recently and liked (I liked all the books you mentioned so we probably have similar tastes)
Hopeless by Colleen Hoover (NOTE: this book is a good read but could be a little triggering for child/sexual abuse)
In The Middle of Nowhere by Julie Ann Knudsen
We Were Liars by E. Lockheart (not really a romance)
If I Stay by Gayle Forman
My Life Undecided by Jessica Brody
And of course the Hunger Games Trilogy and The Divergent Trilogy (who didn't read those) those are not "romance" but they do have romance plots mixed in.

I get all of my books off of my Nook store, so you might not be able to find all of them in a book store but I hope I helped you find some options to choose from.
