Flaming

On the flip side, instead of being the bullied I tend to be the bully.
This is majorly due to gaming, where frustration builds and I say some pretty brutal things.
Anyone else get this when they play?

I don't usually, but i understand where you are coming from. Sometimes servers can just be trying to get rid of people who really mean it to be hurtful to people. They are trying to get rid of the people who are bullying people just for the fun of putting people in pain.

The servers don't want people who become so confrontational with other players, the server becomes an area of hostility as opposed to gaming in more peaceful manners. If new people enter and face this hostility, they'll probably leave so the server gets affected by that and starts going down-hill. As more people flame others, more regular members get fed up and leave and/or hack the server or other users, causing the server to go deep in the shitter.

To add onto this, I wouldn't be shocked if all the flaming/trolling goes on whenever authority aren't on the server. I know how behavior changes from a moderator being in a chatroom/server to not being in the chat or server. Everyone changes and starts flaming/trolling.
I used to moderate a few forums before quitting forums for the most part. I only have a volunteer position here nowadays that I love to do.

So thats the reason why people may flame.
