Oh, I know how that feels. Well what I did was I wore a rubber band. Every time I started to think of him I would snap it REALLY hard! It worked for me. I hope this helps.

Hmmm, well I suppose a good start would be trying to figure out why she canít get out of your head. Was she kind or did she make you feel safe - have you got anyone else helping you out with your problems since then? Maybe you just want some help?
Not meaning to get all deep on you haha!

You could try distracting yourself from the thoughts by doing something - maybe like the rubber band - but I donít know how thatíd work as often when you try really hard to ignore a thought it only gets worse.

Reasoning with yourself is most likely the best bet - maybe physically writing a list or talking to someone about it?

Thoughts can be so frustrating, especially the ones you donít particularly want.

Hope youíre okay,
x

What you feel is completely normal, so don't be so hard on yourself for feeling that way. That person has helped you, listened to you, be nice and trustworthy, it is normal to have her into a great steem. Don't feel weird about it and don't fight those feelings, because it's useless, let it be
