Re: YEAR BOOK HELP - May 1st 2009, 11:16 AM

Did you decide to send it in?

I'm on the yearbook staff at my school, and because we want to look professional, we use "senior portraits" which are all with the same type of attire on - most of them are taken with the people smiling and they're all done by the same photographer. However, I'm not sure if yearbooks where you live are different from yearbooks where I live. Is that picture how you want to be remembered? Because that's basically what it's for. Take care.

Depends, is that a picture dedicated to a section about partying or some event where everyone was informal? If so, then that's fine. If it's for a section about individual pictures, absolutely not, unless you wish to be remembered as that specific picture. Personally, I wouldn't, even if that picture had a male substitute, I'd be repulsed.
