Request for Math tutor? - October 19th 2016, 11:44 PM

Hello everyone, hope you are well.

I'm having some trouble in Math, and would like to request a Math Tutor. I don't have money to have a paid tutor.

Right now, I'm doing Practical Math ( Measurement, percents, etc).

After this class, I'm going to be doing pre-Algebra.

Hey I can try to answer some of your questions, if you send them over via PM.
I cannot offer to be a full on tutor, because between some personal issues and my uni work, i don't have enough time to effectively help. But i can answer your questions if you send them over. Even if its just explaining a concept or something like that.

PM me if you ever wanna talk. Send a message my way.
And remember, you matter. You're awesome. You're beautiful. Stay strong, the world will get better.

May The Force be With You.

In my experience, if I had issues I would see if there were lectures on youtube. This helped me out in stats and figuring out how to perform calculations on my graphing calculator.

Your school may have a free math lab. Most community colleges have select hours. My friend was a tutor in one of the labs.

I can help if you PM me. However, I highly recommend KhanAcademy and PatrickJMT.

PatrickJMT got me through various challenging courses (Calculus II & III and Differential Equations). I'm not sure how he is on any of his lower division courses, but I'm sure he's phenomenal. I prefer him to KhanAcademy. One great thing about him is he actually solves problems from popular textbooks, so you get a general format of how to solve problems you may encounter. In fact, I still reference some of his stats videos for programming purposes. He's a tremendous help.
