New School - August 26th 2009, 05:04 AM

Ok, so I am going to a new school. I was in a private covenant Christian school for the first three years of high school. Well I failed out and now I am going to a public school way bigger than my other school. Try 500 per school to 500 per class Is there anything I can do to mentally get ready? Because although I am going to be a senior I will feel and do feel like the new kid and will feel like a freshman.

Hey, I posted about this before as I'm in the same position. Very scary I found this article helped (moderators is this allowed? tom-brown.com/articles/starting-new-school-banish-those-first-day-fears/) and it helps to read other people's stories in general about getting over that first day. I'm so shy that everything is going to be painful but hopefully it'll all work out
