Not at the moment, no.

I worked for 3 months over Christmas in a department store. It was only a temp job.

I have applied to Uni to study Diagnostic Radiography and that is the job I have wanted since I was about 13.

I've had several jobs in retail but really want to work with animals.

My ultimate job is to be in schools/school psychology.

I haven't had one and I do feel bad about it. Basically while I was in high school my parents told me that school was my job, then I took a year to adjust to college before starting to look, but I never found anything. I applied a few places and never heard from any of them, now with the combination of my crazy school schedule plus homework and the economy I haven't bothered to look in awhile.

I'm an electrician and I love it. I wouldn't really want to be doing anything else, except maybe a peace officer or being in the military, but my eyesight and mental health kind of kept me from pursuing those occupations.
Although I'm unemployed right now, nobody seems to need electricians at the moment

If not what would your dream job be?

Then Taco Bell.
And now another pizzeria with my boyfriend.

Re: Do you have a job? - January 27th 2010, 07:52 PM

Well, I'm still in school, but ever since I was a senior in high school, I've had a job at the local Target store back home under a general "team member" position. I'm trained to do pretty much everything under the sun - I work the salesfloor, fitting room attendant, electronics, jewelry, cashier, and logistics zone/push. I'll be training in guest service when I get home this summer, and possibly food avenue as well. For my first and only formal job, it's been great. I've worked there over 3 years now, and I love it. Despite the stupid people you encounter in retail (which you can find examples of on FML), the people I work with are great. My team leads are more friends than superiors. It's a great feeling to know I can have that kind of relationship with my coworkers - we have each others' backs.

As for my dream job? Target is certainly not it, even though I might be working there a few more years. :P
At the moment, I'm studying to be an elementary school teacher. I've got less than 1.5 years left before I get my Bachelor's, and less than 2.5 years left before I get my Master's. I'm excited to be getting out there and teaching! ^_^

As a Karaoke entertainer, that must be fun! xD
I had a job when I was 16, at a fast food. I didn't really had a choice,
all the good job were taken I guess, hahaa. I hated working over at the fast food
industry and eventually got laid off, which I was secretly happy about it. I didn't
find another job for a couple month but at least it was better than working at the fast food.
And now, I'm currently working at a Cafe. I don't necessarily have to love my job, but I'm
glad I have it, you know? I don't entirely know what my future job will be. But I do know, I would love to be around with people and work with them :]

I work part time as a health care assistant in a hospital. I love it, I get to work all over the place, from medical wards to surgical wards to psychiatric wards. It's not what I want to do for the rest of my life, I do it at the weekends, but I do enjoy it

It Can be quite fun, until you get the drunks, hogging the mics, and then dropping them on to the floor :/ I've only been doing it for around 3/4 months, and I've gone through about 5 mics :/ also when people put a song in and you shout over the mic for them and they ignore you, gah it gets me annoyed, so i'd get the next singer up, and then that person you were shouting of comes up, saying i've been waiting ages. I Do love it, but I'm only doing it to get experince, I want to be a professionel singer
I've always worked since i was 15, i worked with my father in a pizza shop for about 2 years, but i got sexaully assaulted by a guy that worked there, and never went back, i then worked in sports world, and then diggerland, and then i worked in a chinese shop, then i worked in matalan, and now i'm a karaoke entertainer lol.

I have just got a job in a call centre selling glass for windows/doors/conservatories etc. Not exactly fun but I'm only just 16 this weekend and it pays quite well so I'm just going to stick with it until I can get something better

I work in the catering department of a football stadium.
I really like it there, the people I work with are fantastic and really can have a laugh.
Plus the work isn't too bad really, but when it gets to half time there's such a rush and trying to sort out the tills plus making drinks/getting food is quite demanding. Luckily that only lasts for about ten minutes!
Most of the time we just stand around chatting anyway.

This is NOT my dream job though. Would like to be a paediatric nurse.

My dream job is to be in the counseling field or possibly the human resources field.

I've been working at Wendy's for 2 years.
I effing hate the company and any one who eats/ and or associates with any one who eats at the place :P. It's unsanitary, unhealthy, and possibly the most disgusting place in the world.

However, as a metal head I look at my job in an awesome way: It's the most hardcore job ever. Let me explain... I handle blood and raw meat constantly and I'm slowly, painfully, killing people. BRUTAL! Hahaha. It's the only thing that gets me through a shift :P
