Smile Opening A Hangout? - March 8th 2012, 07:26 PM

So I'm in 10th grade good grades, good student, and I try and stay outta trouble. So as you can see by my user name that I am Wiccan/Pagan. A girl in my art class, which is one of my best friends is planning on opening a Wiccan hangout/story place. I am totally excited and she wants me to help run it with her. I am totally thrilled it's just money and stuff I'm worried about. I don't mind working for no moneys and I plan on getting a job when I turn 16. So I would be putting half my pay towards the "Hangout" and the other half towards my college and or personal stuff. Also she has told me she can sell my art work online so I can pull some money in that way.

Her mom would be paying half the rent each month and we would have to get supplies and everything else. I mean I am really excited, but I'm not sure if this is the right thing to do. We would have adult support so it's not like a bunch of children are running a story/hangout.

And I believe this would be a good responsibility for me and to prove I can do something in life.

What are your thoughts

We're all damaged in our own way. Nobody's perfect. I think we are all somewhat screwy, every single one of us.

Go for it!
As you said above, that it'd be a good responsibility for you. And you'd also have a new experience. I think you should definitely go for it.
All the best! xx

I think you should do it! When you know your capacity and know that you can do it then you just have to add a boost of confidence in yourself and try it out! As far as you can manage your time between school and this then I don't see any problem here. Good luck!
