Cool Calling all dancers or Hula Hoopers! - August 5th 2013, 07:58 PM

Hellooooo

I've started teaching myself to hula hoop - I'd love to be able to hoop dance at some point!

I can hoop on my hips and waist fine, and I can walk around and to step's and stuff while hooping (well, I'm getting there...)

But I'm really struggling with my upper body - I feel like I really need to learn to loosen up my shoulders and upper back and chest etc so I can upper body hoop for longer!

That's where I need YOU!

How can I loosen up my upper body?

Any dancey/hoopy advice would also be much appreciated

I can't hula hoop but what about daily stretches to loosen the upper body some? It's probably not much help but its a suggestion.
