Hi Dale, my name is DJ. That's so awesome that you are a free runner. You have to be very athletic to do that stuff. I hope you are careful and stay within your limits as free running can be dangerous too. I have always been impressed when I see videos of free runners doing some amazing stuff! You must really enjoy it.

I love watching free runners, I think its fanastic. I just hope free runners understand the risk of injury as well as enjoyment.
