I'm thinking of taking up a nightclass in Tai Chi in September...
Anyone ever done it before?
whats it like?

I've taken Tai Chi last year during college. I had to quit because of work overload. But Tai Chi is a relaxing exercise full of slow movements to bring peace to your mind and body. It's also a stress reliever.

I wish I could remember the moves though...

But it's an easy going class and I think you should try it!
