High School Sports!! Yay! -

I'm really excited because I've finally made a decision on the sports I want to play in high school. Try-outs for the tennis team take place this August, so I'm going to do that. I have close to zero tennis experience, so I'm just going to try my best and hope for the best because I really want to do it, and I am okay at it. That will be my Fall sport. My Winter sport is going to be basketball. I've played for 2 years now. I'm in love with it!!
 And my Spring sport will be Soccer. I played for 5 years, quit for a while, and now I'm hoping to get back into it. I'm more and more psyched for high school the more I think about getting in shape and getting more active. What high school, or if you aren't in high school yet, sports do you play? What's your favorite sport to play? I don't really know why I posted, I guess I just love talking about sports, and I'm extremely excited!!

I ran on the cross country team last year and it was really great!
High school is really nice in terms of sports, I find. You should be very excited! Good luck during your try-outs. :) "Years ago, I knew a boy who made all the wrong choices."   |

I think you chose some of the most challenging options. Tennis takes a lot more energy than it looks like, basketball is fast-paced and very exciting, and soccer.... well, you will never run more in any other sport than in soccer.

Soccer, Volleyball, Basketball, Cheerleading (it IS a sport), Cross Country, and Indoor Track. My sports sometimes overlap, so I have to choose a primary..lol mainly, Volleyball at the beginning of the year, Basketball for the winter, then Soccer in the spring are my main concentration. I also play for club teams in Volleyball and Basketball. Cheerleading and Gymnastics I typically do outside of school as well. For the next two years I have to focus on all of my sports, and pick one or two to really excel in. I need a free ride to college.lol
