How to install a program with adminstrative rights on Windows Vista.
 
I know how to run a program with admin rights, but I need to know how to install a program with admin rights on Vista, any help?

Run the installer as administrator.
Right click the setup exe and then choose Run As Administrator.
If the program needs admin rights, it'll still ask for it every time it runs - you can't avoid that without disabling UAC.

I know. Our family laptop runs with Windows 7, and the instalation was so friggin' easy.

I always liked Vista until the begining of this year, a number of technical issues and imcompatibility has started to piss me off.
