Exclamation Broken camera? - May 29th 2013, 01:17 PM

Hello.

I have a Fujifilm camera and have had it for about..well less than a year, I don't use it that much but not to long ago the screen turned white, everytime I turn it on it's white, I can't use it anymore.

I don't know what to do with it or what it is...so I'm seeing if any of you know?

Is your camera still under the time warranty or under warranty still? If so, then you will want to call or email Fuji and they should help you and tell you what to do next, They should either pay to fix it, or send you a new one.

If the camera is no longer under the time warranty or warranty anymore, then you may want to think about replacing it.

Have you tried pulling the batteries and memory chip/card out, leaving them out for a few minutes, put them back in and try to turn it back on? If the problem still persists, then I suggest contacting the company.

Probably a faulty sensor or electrical connection. In other words, it's pretty much impossible for you to fix. I'd contact Fuji, should still be under warranty.
