verizon help? - June 2nd 2009, 12:59 PM

sorry if this doesnt belong in the technology version. Just a little question though, when i made my plan with verizon they told me 59.99 a month. its basic verrryyy limited minutes because i dont make phone calls and unlimited text messages. Since i signed up they've been sending 100.00+ phone bills..i went in and told the guy "you told me to text this number to cancel the internet". his response: "uhh i never said that so...you have to call the place" he didnt give me a number. SO how do i go about getting my plan to 59.99 or w.e it was? anybody have the number?

Your best bet would be to go through Verizon's website and find their tech service number, or something of that variety. Any number on their website should get you to someone who can adjust your billing plan.
