How can I turn off frequently visited sites? -

I just got a new laptop and everytime i right click Internet Explorer I get a long list of frequently visited sites coming up, which is really annoying! I've Google searched it, but all that comes up is people saying to set it to delete browsing history on exit. I switched it off on my last laptop without setting it to delete browsing history all the time. I just can't remember how! If anyone knows it would be really appreciated, as this is driving me around the bend.

I'm not a fan of IE...have you tried Chrome?
But well here is something that might help.
