What's the best way to wash your bra? -
February 7th 2010, 05:32 AM
This is probably a bit of a weird question, but oh well.
![]() I notice that a lot of times my bras tend to ball up when I put them in the washing machine. They end up being in *not great* condition, and it drives me crazy! This has happened to most of my bras, and it's definitely a pain. Is this because I don't wash them enough, or because I don't wash them the way that I should? How do you wash your bras, and keep them from becoming uncomfortable? ------ Though I walk through the valley of the shadow ofAmanda Panda death, I will fear no evil; For You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. close the clasp before putting it in the washing machine. put them in a cold to warm wash and on a gentle cycle. also, reshape bras that have foam padding or anything like that before leaving them to air dry. : ))

You can buy a mesh lingerie bag (not sure exactly what they're called) at Target/Walmart etc. Like others said, clasp the bra and put it in there. Wash on gentle cycle and that plus the bag will stop it from getting tangled up!
