There are websites on the internet that let you make your own shirt for a fee (around $10) and ship the shirt to you. You will just have to find a picture of the show on the internet that you like.

Most likely the Disney store in the mall. I know they have a Perry shirt for men for about 15 dollars its cute.

The rest of the shirts are kids sizes. My friend and I used to buy Wall-e shirts, in a boys XL.. kinda small, but it was a nice fit. And the long sleeves looked kinda corny so we rolled them up as three quarter sleeves.

There's this one at this site called AdventureKidsToy which has Perry on it --->

And then there's this one that says I <3 Phineas and ferb

It just depends on price range and your friends taste really. I did the google product search http://www.google.co.uk/products?hl=...ed=0CC4QrQQwAA so there may be a few good ones on there
