2nd year at college bursary? -
July 28th 2011, 07:35 PM
This is probably more relevant to people in Scotland since they're more likely to know the answer.
But anyway.I was at college last year and was given a bursary of £40 per month to cover travel expenses (Amazing thing being I finally realised I only needed about half of that for travel ) but because my dad's an accountant for a tiny company no one has heard of, I don't qualify for EMA. Apparently even if it was just my dad bringing in the money and not my mum, I still wouldn't qualify. Huff.Does anyone know if I'll still be able to apply for (and get) a bursary this year? I think I only got it last year because I started the course when I was 17 but I don't know if there's any reason for me to get it this year. Aside from the fact I have no job or money. Any ideas, anyone? |
