Arrow growing out my hair - May 24th 2014, 11:52 AM

So I want to grow out my short hair, just to shoulder length. My hair is currently , in the front, just past my chin, and in the back, about and inch and a half long. I was wondering if anyone had any advice to grow it out?

I don't really have much advice, but just to have time and patience. You hair can take a while to grow out. Genetics, How much heat you put on your hair, How often you wash hair, What you do with hair on a regular basis, What Shampoo & Conditioner you use, etc., can affect how fast your hair can grow each month. I did read some where that if you braid your hair each night, that your hair can grow faster, but I don't think that is true, but I'm not sure.

There are a lot of factors that could go into this. But, try doing some research and see what you think will work for you.

Hi there! As Cathy said, growing hair out takes a ton of patience! Some things that you can do to get your hair growing are: washing your hair regularly, keeping hair moisturized and healthy, staying away from heat, and keeping hair ends strong and healthy. Take care of your hair, and it should grow out in no time!
