Lightener for dyed hair -
April 14th 2011, 07:08 PM
A couple of weeks ago I dyed my fringe red, using that XXL stuff that's meant to be good for dark hair. It had peroxide in it so it would bleach it so the red would show up. But now it seems to be faded and I'm not happy with it. Is there some kind of lightener I could use on the dyed bits, to make it a bit brighter? I don't want to dye it again just yet and I want to make sure it's OK to use on previously dyed hair. Any recommendations would be great.
Maybe it's not my weekend but it's gonna be my year.
It's perfectly fine to be a happy individual. Take off at the speed of sound... |

The only thing I can think of is maybe mixing a bit of semi=permenant red dye into your conditioner nd topping up the dye every time you do your hair =/
There's always light at the end of a tunnel, even if you have to pass a few bends to see it. ![]() Proud reciever of a glance from Kyo xD Mada tooi anataboshi |

You can get the wash in-wash out red shampoo from Superdrug? It's only 99p.
You could just put that on your fringe once or twice a week to keep it topped up
