Really, there are lots of ways to get that style. Just don't go over the top.
Mostly, just keep your length but get layers (as your doing) and some side bangs. That's pretty much all you have to do.

Fair doos, I wanna keep the length so i can keep my new hair extentions...

I wanna achieve a fridge either like this or the second pic ... I would need to train my first for first pic (how would i go about doing that?) and the second pic - would they make it a full fridge than cute it to shape ? x

Well the techniques that styles use may differ, but if you just bring in a picture they can usually achieve it.
What exactly do you mean by train your fringe?
And as for the second one, my best guess is they will cut your fringe and then shape it and maybe use razor scissors to give it that choppy effect.

Cheers for that, im liking the second one a little more at the moment

Umm how is best to explain it... my side fridge doesnt go across my whole fore-head like emo ones do as i have a cows lick so if i continueless tell it where and what way i want it to go.... everytime after shower brush it over that way, clip it in place etc etc... within time it should continue and naturally go that way x

I don't think you can change a cowlick because it is just how your hair naturally grows. Clipping it down and brushing it while it is wet can help, but I don't think there is a permanent solution. Your stylist may have to adjust the hairstyle to accommodate for your cowlick. If its on the side, then you may be able to still get pretty close to the style in the picture.
