I'm on my way into life. Finally! Yesterday, I got my knife set! I'm enrolled in Chef school to begin my apprenticeship, and my first steps on the road to my Red Seal cert! I will post pics of my new Knife set as soon as i upload them!

Attached is a picture of my knife set, all laid out on my kitchen table. I already used them in Monday's class, and things keep looking better and better! The only thing I'd change at this point, would be the 5+ hour round-trip commute.

Wow, I'm so happy for you. The knives look pretty cool (though I'm not much of a chef myself, so I don't know much about what makes a good knife lol). I love your avatar, btw. And good luck with Chef school.
