Ahhh I'm in a very happy mood!
 I don't really know why..I've just like 'seen the light' or something haha. But I'm proud of myself because today in my English class my teacher was making us stand up on our own in front of the class and read a few sentences..and I'm just proud that I managed to actually stand up in front of everyone and speak and I didn't mess up and even though it only lasted for like less than minute I'm still happy about it It's given me a bit more hope and confidence for when we have to do our 3-4 minute speech in a few weeks!And I guess I was just thinking over all the stuff I've been through, and I just thought about how strong I've been compared to some people...because most of the people around me at school have no idea what it's like to go through the stuff I have. And so I think if I can get through all of that I can DEFINITELY get through these last two years of school, and get through the speeches I have to do..because at the end of the day who cares about how the speech goes..as long as I know I had the courage to get up and speak in front of people ;D And hopefully with some practice I'll get better...I know I'll still get really nervous but I handled myself quite well today  ) Ahh I'm just really happy and excited at the moment I really hope this lasts haha! ;DAnyway, I just had to get this out somewhere

I shut the world outside until the lights come on Maybe the streets alight, maybe the trees are gone I feel my heart start beating to my favourite song. |

I am proud of you for this! I know hard it can be to give speeches in front of people, I find them super scary.
I really love your enthusiasm and the hope in this thread. Keep it for a rainy day. It might be something nice that you can come back to and revive how you felt which in turn might give you the strength to make it through the tough times.
