What do your dreams tell you?

When we go to sleep. Sometimes our unconscious sends us messages. These messages help show us something we're not taking into account about our lives.

Last night,

My family home was destroyed. A fire spread, burning everything. My room was the most damaged. I was sad and I was outraged. I yelled at my parents, "you never told me it was going to be like this! Everything's gone!"

Looking online I found out that seeing your house burning is a sign of fear of a change that's coming.

On one hand, I'm excited about graduating from college. I'll finally head out to LA to live on my own and support myself in a country where the economy is clearly still falling apart. There won't be any structure or safety net that school provides - and yeah, I say safety net - because it adds some form to one's life. Now I'm expected to grow up within just a couple of weeks.

My mind's been going crazy for a while now. Always worrying about something. Almost like feeling high. Nothing seems real anymore. I've lost motivation. It's like being suicidal without wanting to die. You see your whole past getting thrown into the past. The house is burning, after this point there will be no return - the way things were, that life would have been destroyed.

School's out for the summer. School's out forever. But, the biggest question and the scariest of all a person could ask. What next? I think this is why there's a lot of angst songs about feeling lost, in the middle and wandering blindly through life - the age I keep hearing in all these songs is their age "23" - I'm 22. Just don't know how much is going to be this black hole of not knowing what the hell I'm doing and where I'll end up. It's just - fucking scary as hell.

I had a dream where a small man came from a book my mother was reading and was chasing her with a gun bigger than he was (he was like five inches tall) and she ran in my room to get away and he snuck under the door while I was tryign to stuff something under the gap at the bottom and shot me in the head...
I was told that means I'm gonna die soon... I don't think that's true so I wouldn't 100% trust what you read online...

Actually dream interpretations is a study done by psychologists who are experts in their field. This is also why psychologists often ask their patients to recount their dreams because that is a means in which the unconscious acts upon a person. Sometimes the person is aware that this is happening, sometimes they're not. Most often times though, especially if it's surreal with awkward imagery (especially animals, I've found), there is some form of symbolism. Our mind naturally works like that already - for example, the psychology of colors.

These research findings have been published on the internet as well as in numerous books in the field. Thus, yes dreams do have meaning and dreams can tell a person a lot about their unconscious and that is why psychologists often study and reflect upon it. Hope that clears some things up. Also there's usually multiple interpretations for one thing and how it acts upon you, like a math procedure at times depending on the number of imagery - can kinda get complex, therefore, necessary to reflect upon (1) what's in your life (2) everything from the dream, and I mean everything (3) the given possibilities that psychologists and dream theorists (don't know what they're actually called) have discovered over the years.

In my dreams, I am always being chased. I have never actually died in a dream yet, but my pursuers murdered my sister by accident once (they'd meant to get me). That was a confusing (and terrifying) dream. Other times, I am being chased down by teachers who are eager to fail me and bag me out etc. I can't believe I'm starting to dream about school ugh

I interpret most of my dreams, actually. I think my latest one (where I missed my train) meant that I had missed opportunities I should have taken. The one I can remember the most clearly, even though it was from a few years ago, seemed to symbolise how I was repressing my sexuality. And my most common recurring themes are water, and a certain place (which show my emotions at that particular time, and which I think represents my need to hang onto the past).
So, yeah.

I dreamt about a month ago that a friend of my friend was wearing dice earrings which, according to my book, meant that something was going to happen that would set them apart from others. Two weeks ago this girl started acting really mean and everyone hates her. In effect, my dream came true.

Last night I dreamt that me and my *close* friend were both on red motorcycles and there was a bull.
This is apparently a warning that there will be 'rage' between us and someone who is a taurus ie: a girl we're friends with.

Let's see if this comes true as well

Oh omg this is so cool, somebody wanna interpret mine?

Okay so every night (or close to it) my dreams involve at least one of my five friends that I don't talk to anymore, usually this one girl, T, who I THOUGHT I missed until I found out today that she was bashing the crap out of me.. anyway. What coculd this mean? I had a fight with all of these girls, and almost every night I have a dream that we are friends again.


Oh wait! Last night I had a dream that I was in the car and I saw C walking across the street, and I jumped out and there was a guy with her and I started running toward her, because I said something in my dream like omg I just dreamed about this and I said that if it actually happened I would follow her.. but I don't know why, because we aren't friends nor do I want to be her friend because she bashes me so much and was a crappy person. And at the time I was in the car with my present best friend W and her mom..

Anyone interpret mine too? Some don't make sense to me and some are easy to figure but:
1) I had a dream I was in a museum and I went down to this place like it was an basement but, it wasn't it was a place and the place was all scary and red. I went in and there were beds for children (bunkbeds). This dream was a nightmare. It was people murdering and slaughtering little children.
2) A continuous nightmare, me being chased by monsters.

I always dream( well not always but about 10 times) that im being chase by dogs.And i always wondered if it means something.
