I would say not. Thinking about their daughter lustfully while she is in a revealing position, yes - but then that is because he is looking at ladyparts -he'll snap out of it once he realizes he is in fact looking at his daughter. No, I wouldn't say it's normal or even common. Then again, I'm not a father so I can't comment with full certainty. However, men DO have self control, it's just some silly myth that a guy can't control themselves when it comes to sex. If a father needs to masturbate then there is the internet with countless pictures of sexy women, nude women and pornography. Hell, he could even go and have sex with his wife or sexual partner, or masturbate to thoughts of them instead. If, given all that choice, a guy still decided to masturbate to thoughts of his daughter then that would be slightly worrying.

I can't really speak for fathers, since I'm not one, but think the idea of a man masturbating to the thought of his daughter isn't socially acceptable, so even if they did, I doubt anyone would talk about it. I think while a father might think other girls his daughters age are attractive, I doubt many fathers find their own children attractive, even if they're scantily clad. I, personally, find it a horrifying concept, considering it's incest, and hope it's extremely uncommon to the point of virtually nonexistant.

As for girls masturbating to thoughts of their father... I don't know either way on that one. I, personally, have never done it (eeewww), but many women do like the whole "who's your daddy?" thing when it comes to sex, so maybe other girls do, but again, I doubt it and hope it's extremely uncommon.

Can I ask where you have actually heard of these cases? Because it's really abnormal for a father to do that, unless he is actually sexually abusive towards his daughter (which is obviously wrong).

Men can have strong sexual urges. But they have complete control over what they actually do. Men don't have to masturbate every time they see an attractive female. If they did, then they wouldn't be able to get any work done, they'd all be running off to the bathroom after serving attractive customers or talking to an attractive colleague. It would be ridiculous. Men who say that they can't control their urges are lying and usually using it as an excuse.

I'm sorry, but seriously, where are you getting all of this 'information' from? The majority of men are not like that. Males have posted in this topic and said that doing that would be wrong. As I've already said numerous times, the fathers that do this are messed up. It is not normal for people to masturbate to thoughts of their family members. Quite frankly I have never heard of this. And I would assume that if a man does do this while thinking about his daughter that something is not right.
