hey everyone so here are two dreams I had this week that answered each other. The first one happened when I was really concerned about food and eating.
I was in Europe ( I am currently in Belgium on holiday) and I was eating and enjoying myself. I felt like I was eating a lot, which I truly was. Then it came time for me to return to my school. I suddenly appeared at gym class at school. Now in my dream, my school had two gyms and a registration table. I was at the registration table saying what exercise I would do for gym when I looked down at my legs. I could see, it seemed, for the first time how thin my body really was compared to what I thought it looked like (even though it was way too drastic to be real.) But my legs looked like a breakable piece of bone, you could see it was like a sheet of bone that had see-through sections. This was on my one leg and the other leg I saw how I normally percieve my legs. I started to walk out to the first gym and I fainted. I hit the ground because of my weak legs that were unable to support me. My leg was bleeding and 911 was called. When I came to, I was being moved to the nurse's office/hospital and the nurse was there. The nurse and EMT told me that I didn't have enough energy and leg support or strength in my bones. I was carried to the hospital/nurse's station when I saw my school guidance counselor walking through the halls to come and talk to me. She waved a packet of green papers to show them to me. They were a registration packet for an eating disorder clinic. I nodded and contiuned to be carried. Then in the hopsital/nurse's station, she hugged me and told me that everything would be ok in the end. Then last night I had this dream. I had a layover at my school before I flew to England and so I went to see my guidance counselor (who I do see like three times a week- minimum). We were talking in her office although there was someone else in there as well- another counselor who works at my school. Both were very supportive of me and helped me through my binge (which I did binge last night although it wasn't too bad of a binge). They told me things like to stay strong and I could get over this binge in time. It was so weird because truely in the end of my two dreams I knew that everything would be ok. I personally thought it was really bizarre, but helpful at the same time. "Pretty, pretty please, don't you ever, ever feel like you're less than, less than perfect. Pretty, pretty please, if you ever, ever feel like your nothing, you are perfect to me." -Pink (Perfect) "Because you are precious in my eyes and glorious, and because I love you, I give men in return for you and peoples in exchange for your life." -Isaiah 43:4 |

Not sure what you want us to say, to be honest. Some argue that dreams can be messages sent from your sub conscious, and some people believe that dreams are just completely random.
I believe that the only reason why you have these dreams is because you already have known that everything can be okay but now you're starting to realize that you can turn things around. Perhaps it's an epiphany. Let this be a motivation for you to strive for getting better regardless of whether it's your subconscious sending you a message or completely random because it's potentially true. If you don't do anything to get better, then nothing will be "okay" but everything CAN be okay if you work towards getting better. |
