Buddies can have HelpLINK access, but HelpLINK mentors are not buddies, so your name would be in green. It depends on your primary role as you are aware some staff members have multiple positions.

Yep Angel's right, that's exactly how it works, for example, I'm an LHO, HLO, and a Buddy, but I have to have Buddy as my primary therefore my name is Lime Green.

As said, the colour of your primary job/role is what the colour of your name will be.
