I want to be able to be involved more on TH but idk how. I'm not much of a forum person so I was wondering if there was anything on here that I could do that would keep me busy? I don't have any ideas for my blog either. Any advice is appreciated

If you want to stay busy you could try going in the chatroom?

There are also roles such as HelpLINK Mentors and Live Help Operators, however you need to be a staff member to get involved with those, which means having a specific number of good quality posts and then filling out an application form.

You might not like forums, but if you want to have the chance to try out the staff roles, we need to see what you're capable of first by you making a few forum posts. I'm sure if you post a couple a day you'll soon reach the quota.

As far as being involved, if you aren't much of a forum person, you can definitely check out the chatroom and talk to other members. The chatroom is just a fun way to get to know people and some quite funny conversations are almost garaunteed to happen. :P

If you need advice on anything, the forums are definitely the best place for that, but if you would rather get advice vis e-mail, HELPLink is your best option, or even Live Help which is a chatroom for just you and a staff member to personally talk about anything that's going on.

I feel I should clarify my post.

I had assumed that by "getting involved" and "keeping busy" you meant helping others.

Of course, if you are seeking help for yourself, you are already able to use all areas of the site, including HelpLINK and Live Help, as Kayla said.

If by involved you mean helping others without being a staff member or a forum person you could definitely try the chat room or being an associate staff member. To be associate staff (if positions are open) all you have to do is apply. The differences between full staff members and associate staff members can be found HERE If you're interested in seeking help for yourself all areas of the site are available to you.

Chat room, commenting on blogs, reading through forums if you don't want to post on them, talking to the staffies with the rainbow names..you know. There's so much to do on here!
