Okay, on our profiles, in the statistics part, at the bottom. It says something about referals. Is that for like if you refered someone to the website or something? Like... what is that? lol

That would make sense. I think there's a place when you register, where it asks you how you found out about it or who refered you. If someone puts your username there, it counts as a reference on your profile.
