Nick, have you ever heard of Foursquare? Its for iPhones, but I imagine you can access it on a PC as well. Its a wonderful tool for finding different things to do in your area. Alternately, have you heard of UrbanSpoon? I use the iPhone app, but I also use the program on the computer - GREAT place to find new places to EAT (by category, hours, types of cuisine, etc)...mm, mm good.
As far as finding someone HERE from St. Cloud, I don't know how far you're going to get (plus just think if we had a thread like this for every city - there'd be millions of threads), so I might try searching some different ways instead. Hope you find what you're looking for, Nick!

Also, to add to what Katrina said.. you can always use google. Plus a good thing to do would get together with friends, each make a list of things to do.. then put them together. I've done that with my friends before and it really helped. Also, on TH, we can give suggestions on what kinds of things you could do. But it'd help if we knew your interest!
