if any one has any advice on how i should start talking about it
or what i should say ?
i was thinking of printing that tread that i wrote out and reading parts of it to the GP someone also said to Wright like a script of what i will say
but my brain really will go blank if i go thats why i want preparation just so i get the most out of it and not stuff it up like most things i do

Hey James.

I think going to the GP would be a good idea. I know it can be scary; I know if I went to talk to my doctor about it, I would probably get too scared to say anything. So I think writing it out could help. Either printing out the thread, or writing a letter. You can either read those out loud, or just give them to the GP. Maybe even write yourself dot points, like: 'I think I have anxiety / what are the treatment options / what happens now?'.

I hope I helped. Good luck.

Nothing in the world is
the way it ought to be.
It's harsh, and cruel.

But that's why there's us - champions.
Doesn't matter where we come from,
what we've done or suffered,
or even if we make a difference.

We live as though the
world is as it should be,
to show it what it can be.
