Every accomplishment starts somewhere.. - July 12th 2013, 08:56 PM

Went to the doctor today. My blood pressure is healthy and strong! I have chosen to take blind weights and that has helped a lot. The anxiety is a little hard to deal with right now but I feel that every time I get stuck, the step back is a little smaller. My specialist says that I am making good progress. I am eating. I am facing my fear. And I'm noticing improvements everyday. It is possible you guys. You need to have courage and courage means moving forward even when you're scared.

And always remember that every accomplishment starts with the decision to try. Best of luck PM me anytime.

Only you have the power to say,
"This is not how my story will end"

Happily, I'm going to move your thread to recovery stories because that's where it belongs. I'm so happy to hear how well you are doing. Stay strong, we'll always be here for you.
