My recovery story - August 28th 2009, 09:39 PM

so many of you might know. i went to a hospital for self harm and depression in Boston, Ma. I stayed there for 4 weeks exactly and i went to a step down program where i learned coping skills with self harm for 2 weeks. I just came home monday. and i just wanted to tell everyone i'm okay. I recieved a new medecaine called lithium and i have no suisidal thoughts or self harm urges.

Hey there Kali,

Seeing as this is your recovery story then I'm going to move it to that forum
It's really great that you've managed to get some medication and treatment that has helped you with your problems. It is wonderful to hear that you're not having any suicidal thoughts or self harm urges anymore. You have been very strong to get through those bad times and you more than deserve to be feeling well again, I hope you remain happy, Kali!

Stay strong!

Hey!
I'm really glad that you are feeling better, and that things aren't quite so hard for you! When life gets tough, we just have to stay strong, and it seems like you've done a good job of that.
I'm proud of you! It's good that you've gotten medical treatment, and that the urges and thoughts have now subsided.
:]<3[:

I might be crazy.
But have I told you lately that I love you?
You're the only reason that I'm not afraid to fly.
