three weeks today ^____^ It would have been longer but I had the odd slip up. The problem is I'm now addicted to nicotine gum >.> great. Well, expect another thread when I quit that too

Thanks both =D I plan on cutting the gum down each week now
 I'm on about 10 a day, so I'll try and do about 7 next week ^____^

Well done Ceilidh :-) When my step mum quit for a wihle I noticed a lot of difference, especially that her house and clothes stopped smelling of smoke, and she stopped coughing as much ... you're only young so you're probably not at that stage yet, but keep it up as long as possible, you'll not regret it

Thankies ^____^ I went over my best friend's house last night to watch X Factor and a film. He was smoking for ages and I didn't even realise he was until he brought it up
Normally being next to a person smoking made me want a cigarette

Congratss! Even if you stay on the gum half your life, its better then smoking.

Nicotinell aren't too bad at all
I also tried nicorette which was vile  I think it matters what brand they are.Thanks guys <3 |
