I can actually see my life moving forward for a change.
I haven't smoked for over a year and I'm now on 1/2 nicotine gums a day (I've been taking half of them with normal chewing gum) I'm able to catch the bus on my own (it used to make me really anxious and I would nearly have a panic attack), I'm doing well (at least I hope  ) in college & I'm sorting my sleep disorder out  I've been sleeping earlier and for a normal amount of hours. I'm not as tired anymore either; I thank the vitamin B12 I've been taking.Sweeeet.  |

Congrats on not smoking Ceilidh! That's a big accomplishment
Taking the bus alone has always made me anxious as well, and I'm proud of you for being able to do it! I'm also glad to hear your sleeping is getting better

That's all awesome. You're doing so well.
