Ooh, well I have a shitty kinda complaint. - November 30th 2011, 01:44 AM

My stupid ex was talking to one of our mutual friends yesterday. Evidently I'm "pushy and bossy," even though he was the one following me around and pulling me into stairwells and picking me up and whatsit, and I did absolutely nothing unless I had a say-so from him. He's already dated another girl in the week-and-a-half's time since we've broken up. For only three days, then one of them broke up with the other (I don't know which). My best friend, Kattie, told me this, because she overheard him talking to that mutual friend of ours.

Gosh, I should've listened to her in the first place. He's a prick, and I should've listened to her when she said: "Ana, I don't like that guy," and asked her why instead of passing it off as nothing. I was so wrong to blame her for any of the bullshit that was going on between my ex and me.

Friends for almost a year, my ex and I were, and now, this bullshit? I feel like I've had a knife stuck between my ribs and I fucking dare him to walk up to me at some point tomorrow and whine and complain and try to worm his way back into my life. He's already mysteriously started talking to his best friend -- my other best friend's boyfriend -- when I'm walking with the two of them (my best friend and her boyfriend).

And then when my best friend pointed it out that she thought he was just walking with Jacob -- her boyfriend -- in order to see my reaction, I just said: "Quite frankly, I don't give a damn," and my ex mysteriously disappeared just as quick as he'd came.

Oh, joy.

It takes a long time to grow an old friend.

Sometimes guys just don't understand how much someone means to them until they throw that person away, and then its their own fault when they can't get back in. It sounds to me like your ex regrets it, as if that could ever change the facts. If you ever need someone to talk to then please feel free to just shoot me a message. I hope things look up for you.
