I always find these things a bit amusing or puzzling when a parent thinks their child is badly injured but instead of tending to the child immediately, decides to leave the child to go beat up some other child or adult. It makes sense that if you think your child is severely injured, you'd want to tend to that child. Maybe get the name of the person and such but anything more makes it more important to address the person rather than the child.

I can rip you off, and steal all your cash, suckerpunch you in the face, stand back and laugh. Leave you stranded as fast as a heart-attack.

meh i understand how the guy felt he thought she hurt his kid by being reckless.... i would have probally done something similar if someone really did cause my child harm... but in this case the kid wasnt hurt so the father overreacted.

His over-reaction is only seen in hind sight. He assumed his child as badly injured, which he believed justified his actions in some way. Had he known at the time the child wasn't hurt, he may have not reacted in the same way.

i know that im agreeing with what he did but now its seen as an over reaction if his kid had been seriously hurt i wouldnt have seen it as a overreaction.
