Just my thoughts - January 11th 2012, 12:13 AM

Religion is a creation of the human mind conceptualize to allow people to live a life free of the over-bearing thought insignificance. But we are not insignificant to our reality. We are the most significant element . Existance itself is a beautiful thing, something that should not be wasted. Respect your existance, the existance of others and the planet we share. The human mind is an incredible thing capable of creating an eternity of ideas and concepts. The mind can also destroy everything a person was, is or could have been. Each mind is different in the way it fuctions, reacts and interacts with other minds. Just because another mind doesn't function like yours, it does not give you the right to look down on that way of functioning. - My Opinion.
Remember Love, Respect, Exist.

The Bible teaches G-D must become greater, and man must become lesser. If Christianity is used to make someone feel significant, I must not be Christian. Or maybe I'm reading the Bible wrong.

Is your G-D really G-D?
Is my G-D really G-D?
I think our G-D isn't G-D,
if He fits inside our head.

“For those who believe in God, most of the big questions are answered. But for those of us who can't readily accept the God formula, the big answers don't remain stone-written. We adjust to new conditions and discoveries. We are pliable. Love need not be a command nor faith a dictum. I am my own god. We are here to unlearn the teachings of the church, state, and our educational system. We are here to drink beer. We are here to kill war. We are here to laugh at the odds and live our lives so well that Death will tremble to take us.”
― Charles Bukowski

Yes, I am an asshole. I am the person that's going to call you out on what you say and not pull punches. Instead of getting hurt about it, why not think, question, and learn?
