I am still having a hard time with our friend passing away and I'm not myself right now. I need to get back to me again.

It’s the rhythm of your life. It’s the expression in time and movement,

I'm sorry to hear you are still having a difficult time regarding your friend's death. There is absolutely no deadline as to when you have to stop grieving, but know that it will get a bit easier as time passes by. The important thing is to cherish the good times you had with them, and reminisce with others who are grieving for that very same person. But at the same time, focusing on caring for yourself is just as important. Please know that we will be here when you are ready to return. Take care of yourself, please.
Hey Emma,
I am so sorry you are having a hard time with your friend passing. I know there is no certain time to grieve someone. I know you have to take care of yourself before you can help others. I hope you are feeling better soon, we will all be here when you get back. If you ever need to talk I am always here.
Your Friend,
Frankie<3
We may shine, we may shatter,
We may be picking up the pieces here on after,
We are fragile, we are human,
We are shaped by the light we let through us,
We break fast, cause we are glass.
Cause we are glass.

Emma, I'm so sorry things have been so difficult lately. Take all the time you need to grieve and get to a place where you're feeling like you can return. Try to still take good care of yourself in the midst of everything and don't forget we're here to support you.
“There is nothing beautiful about the wreckage of a human being.
There is nothing pretty about damage, about pain, about heartache.
What is beautiful is their strength, their resilience, their fortitude
as they display an ocean of courage when they pick through the
wreckage of their life to build something beautiful brand new,
against every odd that is stacked against them.” — Nikita Gill
